Time to head north on the cliffs, up to Cape Wrath! The walk is quite easy on the grass, only crossing the Keasgaig river needs a bit of scrambling. Passing the head of Clais Leobarnich, it seems a good idea to pitch there and walk on light to the Cape. I got a free lift for the last half mile from the minibus, and have some food in the famous Cape Wrath cafe. The views from here are awesome in all directions, the weather has fully cleared up so it is quite nice.
Eventually I walk back to camp, covering ten miles in all for the day. A nice protected pitch close to the burn, with the insects included however.
